NAb specifically binds to RBD (receptor binding domain) protein.
It can prevent RBD from binding to ACE2 of host cells, so as to prevent the virus from further infecting the host.

Generation: It is known from other coronaviruses as well as for SARS-CoV-2 that the spike is the main, and potentially only target for Nabs, therefore, it’s originated from spike protein stimulation.

Function: NAb is a type of antibody that interrupt the infection of virus into cells, defending cells from pathogens, which are organisms that cause disease.

Application: NAb provides the best evidence that protective immunity has been established, and the biological assay of neutralization shows correlation with protection.

Why it is necessary to quickly detect NAb ?
*Situation/dilemma faced by vaccine company and/or government
*Unprecedented push for a vaccine development and shortened
*Duration for development.
*Brand new diseases and vaccine to general population.
*Vaccine further improvement.
*Vaccine failure (vaccine-related or host related)

What our rapid NAb test can bring?
*Rapid NAb Test can give visual evidence and confidence to
*Vaccinated people and government and vaccine manufacturer that
*The vaccine is properly functioning;
*Low cost and easy-to-use and instant result make it accessible to
*Large scale vaccinated population;
*Feedback the data of every vaccinated person to the vaccine
*manufacturer for further improvement;
*Detection of NAb indicates the immunity and avoid the potential
*Vaccine failure.
